First Baptist of Leland has an opening for a Director of Student Ministries. We’re looking for a committed, Spirit-filled, Christian leader with a big heart and a passion for discipling Youth Grades 6-12 in our church and the wider community. This individual should possess good communication skills, an ability to think outside of the box, be able to work as both a team player and a leader, and have efficient organizational skills. The ideal candidate is a person who can relate well with youth, parents, and adult volunteers. This is a full-time position, salary commensurate with education and experience.
