Elementary  
  
To enroll your child in our school, please follow these steps:

A.  Complete a Student Application for the child you want to enroll and return it to the LCA office. 
B.  An interview will be scheduled with the administrator. Both parents and the student should be present.  
C.  Students entering kindergarten through grade five will be required to take an entrance test. The application/testing fee must be paid before testing will be scheduled. 
D.  Upon acceptance an enrollment packet will be given to you. The enrollment forms, including a statement of cooperation, and the  discipline policy must be completed, signed, and returned with registration fee in order to reserve a place in the class for your child.  
 
PRESCHOOL

A.  Complete a Student Application for the child you want to enroll and return it to the LCA office.  
B.  An interview will be scheduled with the Preschool Coordinator or the administrator.  
C.  At least one parent and the child should be present at the interview. The interview will consist of reviewing the application and acquaint the parents and child with our curriculum and school policies. 
 
ACCEPTANCE  
 
All Preschool, Kindergarten, and Elementary parents will be informed of their child's acceptance in our school by phone, letter, or during the interview.
